Today’s article that I wrote for TreeHugger is all about the surprising intelligence of hens. This is especially interesting to me, since my family kept chickens for a number of years. They were a delightful addition to the family and I’m rather sad that they’re no longer around. Reading about their smart bird brains has got me wanting more chickens…
